I remember their show at Celebrare Noctem last year. Shortly before they were about to head to the Austrian venue, their former live singer decided to go back to Finland, because he didn't want to play live gigs anymore. They played the gig without him anyway. They made it good, even if vocals were missing.
Every member in the band looks like they belong in a different band lol... the singer looks like he could be in Horna... guitar player on the left looks like he's from Behexen, bass player looks like he came back from a dark funeral tryout, guitarist on the right looks like he's from Gorgoroth Circa 1995... Keyboardist looks like he's not sure if he wants to be in Enslaved or Emperor ,and drummer just looks like a drummer 😆
Amusing 😂 Yet, it's not about wearing any kind of uniform (of sorts) I think it's cool that they look more individualistic.. Speaks to the creativity of the individual musician.. Plus they sound DEADLY.. So.. That what it's all about.

We would prefer all bands playing at night, too. But as we've only got about 6 hours nighttime (incl dawn & dusk), and we cant have music all night (well, laws and stuff), it would be a rather short festival experience.

I suppose essentially they are all different bands as the main man and mastermind behind the project doesn’t actually play live with the band…..

Why the fuck does a promoter put on a black metal band during the day? Great band but it kills the atmosphere of a show like this.
Cause Under a Black Sun is a pure Black Metal Festival. Simple as that.

@@aussiewastelands8331 Its July, means midsummer in Germany. 20th of June (aka 2 weeks before the festival) was the longest day in 2024 here.
