They are gaftops and yea some people eat them I mostly give them to people if they want them. I have eaten them a few times tho, tastes just like catfish you get at a restaurant bro.
@@lip_rippinwithsteve2119 hardheads/ gaftops are for the most part the same thing just a minor size difference and dorsal fin, that is why I originally referred to them as saltwater catfish and no they do not taste like freshwater catfish….
