Lois arrives at Luke’s club to confront Sonny about selling his L&B shares to Edward. She says she doesn’t know whether to slug him or thank him. Lois reminds him that with Stone gone, she is his only real connection and she has loved him, even knowing what she knows about him. She loved him like she loved her own brother, and it could have been, should have been a great thing and now he blew it.
He comments that she is taking this way to personal. She points out everything that he has lost due to his choices. She vows to get her company back and she vows to get Miguel back, who doesn’t even know that he was sold off like meat. He wishes her good luck, and she wishes him the same. She is sorry for him.
Lois calls her mom from the airport and fills her in on Edward’s shenanigans. She offers to call “the cousins” on Edward, but Lois tells her that isn’t needed. The lawyers are working on invalidating the sale of Brenda’s shares as Edward meant to defraud her. She tells her mom that she has an unsettled feeling.
Ned shows up at the airport to say goodbye to Lois and takes her in his arms and kisses her. Later as she fidgets, Ned asks her what is wrong? She is nervous, and Ned reassures her that Sapada doesn’t stand a chance against her. Lois leaves for Argentina.
I respect Lois she was always true to who she was, a smart business woman & literally the heart & soul of L&B ‼️

This is where Lois should have washed her hands of sunny and Brenda because he showed he’s all about what’s good for him screw anyone else
Why Brenda? Edward was the one who deceived her under false pretenses so I don't see how you can blame Brenda.

Lois is beautiful. What did sonny do here. ? I missed all this stuff.
It all started when Sonny lied to Lois and Brenda about his dealings with the mob. Ned, being Ned, hired Mac and Felicia to investigate Sonny, so she went to Harry's office under the guise of making an illegal bet. When Harry briefly left his office, Felicia planted a transmitter bug under his desk.
Once Mac obtained the incriminating evidence on tape he gave a copy to Ned, who played it for Lois and Brenda. Fast forward to your question Edward was never in agreement with Ned moonlighting as Eddie Maine, so after Lois naively turned to Mr. Q for help, he did the ultimate betrayal when he bought out Sonny's shares of L&B records, giving him 80% of the majority. There is much more but I don't remember it all.
