    Eagles coaching completely lost this game. They go for it on 4th and 3 on their 2nd drive instead of taking the points in a 0-0 game. Then they throw the ball on 3rd and 3 with 1:45 left when they were ripping off 9 yard runs all night and after Atlanta calls their final timeout. Then Vic Fangio obviously didn't learn from Miami when they lost to Tennessee last year. They blew a 13 point lead with 4 minutes left playing prevent defense, and he did it again tonight. It never works Hurts was good, Barkley was good, their oline was great, and they were without AJ Brown. The defense is a little suspect, but they weren't that bad, they were bending, but not breaking all night outside the Mooney td and the last drive.

    • @Twizzler300
      @Twizzler300 2 месяца назад

      Tbf we didn't have 9 yards runs often. Shaquan had almost 40 yards in the first 3 drives, then 50 the last 3 quarters. Your right, should of been a run, same as jalen should of ran it in before that, as lane Johnson went gorilla mode (which was a penalty because jalen threw it with a linemen downfield, with a wide open lane made by lane......) jalen would of had another rushing TD that play if he was aware. Hurts is a bad QB. He doesn't read shit for shit. Just runs to his option, even when passing, and if he looks to his second option, he's throwing it away or being sacked 8/10 times. He hasn't been in an offense EVER (since HS with Brian Johnson) and had never learned a college offense, or NFL offense. This offense is dumbed down FOR him. He isn't a LEADER ON THE FIELD. proven by the lineman NOT HELPING HIM UP week one. When I saw that, I immediately lost motivation for this entire season. I don't think we reach playoffs. 3rd in division behind Giants and cowboys

There are plenty of commentators trying to make their rep by lambasting certain players. For me it gets old quick. If a big name played crap, fine, tell us what you think he did wrong and move on. I like watching the NFL so I like to hear mostly positive things about great play, not continual/habitual rubbishing of a team, coach or player.

    I absolutely love through the first two weeks that it almost seems like we are reverting to old-school football. Lots of strong running games, defense is playing pretty well especially in the red zone, and not a ton of scoring. I would've thought with the new dynamic kick off would benefit but it almost seems like as that is the only huge rule change this year that would seem to be affecting things.
    One example would be the Redskins and Steelers both winning by only kicking field goals in weeks one and two

    I think the problem for offenses goes deeper. You are right that head coaches should be offensive coordinators. But you are right for the wrong reasons. Offense is in a crisis state. For decades the running game has been complementary. Now the passing game has been reduced to throwing under the coverage. Average yards per catch continues to drop. And as we see this year, scoring in the red zone is getting more and more difficult.
