They are a US band and have toured with Leprous and Vola and are getting ready to do a US tour with Caligula's Horse (can't wait for that). Their songs are either instrumental or with a guest vocalist. My favorites from them are probably the 2 with Dan from Tesseract as the vocalist and Mob Mentality. Very nice guys and they have some epic songs.
Fascinating band from New Haven CT. . Earthside would be described as Cinematic Prog. They use featured artist, some more well known then others, based on the music they want to make within the track. It's what they do. This was just the opening track to set the atmosphere. If you want more instrumentals the Watching the Earth Sink is fantastic, but the closer track with Baard Kolstat from Leprous together with the top notch production video is the definition of Art on multiple levels. The song with Daniel Tompkins is amazing as well. You can tell the amount of effort and time put into this album. As far as new music, the hype of 2023 has to be the debut album of the band Nospun. The entire concept album came from nowhere and the production is so well done.
Thanks for the reaction! I’ve discovered this band recently. Their song “We Who Lament” has a guest vocalist and it’s my favorite song from the ones I’ve heard so far, I definitely recommend that one. Other then that I’ve been listening to a lot of Haken lately and I think you’d like their song called ”1985” it’s been stuck in my head since I’ve heard it lol. Anyway cheers man!
Earthside is just making amazing music on a very high technical level.

Oh wow they collabed with Baard! I’ll definitely have to check that out!
@@natergater10 listen with headphones. Baard and Ben (Earthside drummer) has a call and response drum duo during the song. It builds up.
I agree. Nospun is an awesome new band.
