Lol Megaman-x8 is not that strong as you think, many SF2T players are stronger than Megaman-x8. People respect Megaman-x8 because he plays low-tier character like Zangief.
The SPD at 20:40 has to be max distance to the pixel. That's he furthest grab range I've ever seen. 20:50 is even MORE ridiculous although it looks like T.Hawks hitbox gets shifted forward on the startup of his kick, but good lord.
Zangief got a taste of his own medicine (I still marvel over the grab ranges of both these characters). Probably the best T. Hawk player I’ve ever seen.

This is weird I fought against Mook with my Zangief some months ago and it was nothing spectacular he won but it was a close match 5 - 4 I think. When I played against MegaMan I couldn't win a single match. We played Ryu mirror.

Doing a standing 720 motion while walking forward is just another level of mastery, assuming Mook is using a stick controller. Crazy stuff

Li que existe uma técnica que você "armazena" o comando do agarrão e solta em outro momento do jogo. Provavelmente ele usou isso.
