first of all I would like to thank you so much sir, as I am preparing for my oral exams you have been one of the greatest blessings in my life. As I am trying to understand beyond your videos I would like to point out an error in the environmental conditions part. the ambient temperature it should be max 55 degrees instead of 155. Just a small typo I believe. As I was trying to understand the difference between the ambient temperature requirements vs stowage temperature requirements it didnt quite make much sense to it being 155. Thanks again sir and thank you so much for all these vids. You have no idea how inspirational you are and how many sailors you are helping.
I seen a vid that said tie it to the vessel but if the vessle sinks thats a bad time. Just tie it to a life jacket or somethin. Do not tie it to a boat thats not a good idea, in case the boat sinks, the thing is waterproof but not if its deep. So just keep it on your person or in a backpack

One surveyor ask about difference between hru on liferaft and epirb.. could you please suggest if any??
Only design difference is there, Rafts have a line and weakline while EPIRB has a solid plastic spindle type which is cut once and has no weaklink.
