This is insane! The hospitals will pay travel nurses insane stipends but won’t negotiate a salary for the nurses who have committed their time to the hospital. 😩
The sad reality... but if more videos about working a strike/travel assignments were this short yet so detailed and to the point, more people would be more prepared for their entry level. Thanks so much for the info. great job there!!!
Have you heard of this app called USN (U.S. Nursing)? I dont understand how to go about getting a shift on there. And it says the shifts last 8-10 days. Has anyone used this? If so , can you please explain the set up and how to obtain a shift and why it says 8-10 days?
8-10 days is how long the strike assignment usually is. They pay for travel accommodations (round trip flight or mileage reimbursement for drivers) will be provided. Transportation to and from the each shift will be provided, and they provide housing.
@@smartariel6877 woah! OK, I see. That's so cool. Well, I really appreciate your help with my question. Have you used this app before or have you don't this type of work on another app or company? If so, how did you like it?

Have the ceos and the suits be nurses. Thats the solution.
Do the nurses from that facility that do NOT strike get extra pay as do the non-facility nurses?
