Filming this No Days Off! video really made me reflect on how much my life has changed since university. Weekends used to be filled with social activities, but now as a teacher, I often find myself feeling a bit lonely. It’s a busy life, and while I love what I do, I do miss the vibrant social life I had back then. I’d love to hear from you all-how do you manage loneliness or find balance in your own busy lives?
@@michelleadebiyi2341 Thank you so much! Consistency is key to keeping everything running smoothly, and I'm glad it's noticeable. It means a lot to know that it's appreciated!🩵✨
heeeey Bekah❤ omg i get what you are saying 😭yesterday was the first time i went to church afterrrrrr a loooong time, i think its been five years 😭and at first i was so nerves to be there but after a few i felt like i was at home my heart was at ease, this is making me to look forward to more sundays 🥺.Take baby steps soon enough that lost feeling will go, good friends will be made at the perfect time❤ and be your own cheerleader, dress up, smell nice and just go on Solo days, damn i wish i had your number😫❤
Heyyy! Omg, I'm so glad you get what I was saying! And wow, that’s amazing you went to church after so long! I can totally imagine how nerve-wracking it must have been at first, but it sounds like you really felt at peace once you settled in. That feeling of being at home and having your heart at ease is so special. It’s great that you’re now looking forward to more Sundays! You’re so right-baby steps are the way to go. That lost feeling will definitely fade, and the right friends will come when the time is just right. I love the idea of being your own cheerleader, dressing up, and enjoying solo days. Honestly, it’s all about those little things that help us feel good.🩵🩵
Thank you! Yeah, this video was pre-filmed, and I was feeling pretty down because all my flatmates had moved out, and I was alone in the house. It was a tough time, but I’m slowly getting better now. Really appreciate your kind words!
Yeah, living on my own and adjusting to a new routine as a teacher can definitely make weekends feel a bit lonely sometimes. It’s a big change, but I’m still getting used to it and finding a balance!
