The best clone for Muggler Pure Malt is Fragrance World's Star Men Nebula, is 90% spot on (on my skin it last 7+ hours with 2 feet of decent sillage for the 1st 2 hours) and no other alternative comes even close!.I know its price is going to go up and I just bought 3 bottles at $20.00 to stock up!.
The only Pure Malt clone is Star Men Nebula (as someone mentioned). It is very close to P. Malt imho. Animal Animale: not bad, but it has (moderately strong) tobacco note, so it is definitely a clone of Pure Havanne, not Pure Malt! It is not close to Pure Malt.
@@NotstarvinMarvin I personally bought it off a whim at TJ Maxx, not based off of anything I heard from any video, and I think it smells incredible personally. It's a sweet and rich tobacco scent. Not powdery like Chergui and Insurrection Wild, not patchouli heavy like Red Tobacco, not some fake imaginary green tobacco like The Dreamer, just rich and sweet pipe tobacco. Very good to my nose, but if tobacco isn't your thing, then I could certainly understand disliking CK Shock.

If you're willing to spend a bit, there are quite a few of Montales that utilize a much nicer patchouli than Mugler. None of them will be the same, but they'll go in that same direction and do it much better. If you don't mind Rose notes (sweet rose, not old man musky or peppery rose) then Ristretto Intense Cafe is an amazing alternative that does what I wanted from A*men much better and without the sharp aspects of A*men that you have to put up with
