They don't extract teeth in a root canal. They just remove the pulp from the tooth so that any pulpal pain that usually occurs after cavities have infiltrated the pulp space is eliminated. The cost that was quoted to your friend was probably for an implant supported prosthesis in which a metal screw is implanted into your bone, and an artificial tooth is placed on top of it. 4 units probably refers to how all 4 quadrents( your whole mouth is divided into 4 areas called quadrents) were cleaned. Slight correction in that fluoride varnish is a substance that is brushed onto the teeth, not some water that is sprayed on 😂 Woh water pick/irrigation hai. Good video overall Ahmed bhai.
