Thyme -2 table spoons
Curry powder -2 table spoon
Dried pepper -2 table spoon
2 Fresh pepper
1 large Onion
Meat seasoning -1 spoon full
Salt -1spoon
Oil to Fry
Seasoning cubes- 5 pieces

Yes I believe she did add a little bit of water so the meat does not burn. She is broiling it (I believe that is the word for it, or boiling idk lol)
