What is really amazing is when you recognize that they were still rocking the house in their late 50s. Have a great day, and Rush on!

    Love this song! ❤❤❤
This is from their last album Clockwork Angels which was their first full concept album with has a sci-fi steampunk feel.

I wasn't a big fan of this album. Were you?

@@markbailey3264 Yes, it is actually one of my favourite albums by them. I always liked their heavier sound compared to the heavy synths era.

I've said before - not the biggest fan of RUSH's last 4 albums. I hardly play them. This DOES jam!, I love the music. But I'm always the critic, and it's the same thing with their last album - the Melody for they Lyric is just SO much the same on so many songs - like they might as well just SPEAK the words.

Have you heard "Seven Cities of Gold" off their last album Clockwork Angels? No you have not. It sounds like older Rush. Have you heard "The Wreckers", off same Album? No you have not. Have you heard "The Garden" off same album? No you have not. Now sthu.

@@RottenPoliticians HAHA. I'm a RUSH fan, an I'll stick with my statement. As a performer and songwriter, one hard thing to do is take a lyric and find the melody. For me, many times they 'pop' for me at the same time, and that's GOLD, usually. The stagnant COUNTOUR of the lyric melody in RUSH songs was even evident in earlier stuff, but they usually worked it into something that made each song have an identity. You don't find their later stuff something that would get stuck in your head or you'd sing in the shower. THere's just no 'flow'. It sounds like the MELODY was the LAST thing they wrote instead of building around it. Sorry.

@@lancewilliams4847 BUT! Please understand sir that Rush was NOT neccesarily after a melodic commercial hit or two with their last album, Clockwork Angels...I truly believe that they were unequivocally dwelling on an ultimate end goal of showing the rock world that their craftmanship, lyrics, themes, time signatures, vintage (bass) pedals, etc etc etc...are undeniably unprecendented...period...end of story....sir (with all due respect.)
