Employees can't:
Accuse someone of shoplifting.
Ask if a customer has pocketed an item.
Call the police for theft.

Threaten bodily harm.
Make reference to someones race unprovoked.
You can't have your phone on your person while working.
And you can't carry any weapon (including pepper spray) in to the workplace.
That thing should've been fired 10 times over.
