Chicken Ka Dawath! looks very tasty and aromatic ! a bit similar to Chicken Tawa , back home we have a some how similar meal called Lemon Chicken , it is unfortunatly not so exotic and has no complexity in taste as yours does , but cooking method is almost the same , Chicken is usually mixed with a lot of onion paste and lime juice and spices and fried in it own fat (we do not remove the skin off Chicken) ,as a natural acid the lime juice helps in softening meat and gives it a bright reddish color when cooked , but your method is better , you could probably smell the aroma of delecious fried Chicken all over that forest !!
