Very cool and good luck. This past Saturday was our opening in GA. I went both mornings but never heard a bird. Our turkey population has really declined over the past few years and that has made hunting very difficult.
We are hunting in Jacksonville, NC. Would you mind posting where this was at? Or, possibly, where near Jacksonville, NC game lands would have the best turkey hunting for bow only? Thank you so much!!
W Kerr Scott gameland has bow only areas. Heard good numbers there but idk . Wilkes county in general has good numbers but some areas turkeys are non existent

I have never hunted down that way, but hear there are lots of turkeys around. This is more toward the central part of the state, not eastern
