If that task of get up in morning by will power gets repeated into subconscious, becomes our habit then we can say that man is disciplined.

Yes why not. I have lost 34 kg in 1 year.
@@intradaymarketanalysisbymkbull i mean to say 48kg in 3 months. 34kg in 1 year is pretty much healthy as it comes less than 1kg loss per week
@Adnan-ul3nb I see. I had some answers of my own question. Basically i learnt that the more fat a person is, the more he burns i.e. extreme obese burns more fat then mildly obese. Also he had a reason to lost those weight, which makes a health factor non sense to him. I saw many of his videos and can see that he did not take care of the risks that his body may endure, but rather his mentality makes him superfocus to the goals he has in mind. In conclusion, maybe his approach is not healthy, but the focus he has, doesn't need to be healthy as well.

It's Mythology not reality. Hinduism is almost 1500 to 2000 years old not millions of years old. Millions of years ago Modern Humans were not present. As an Ambedkar follower I can say that Geeta is full of Pseudo Science Casteism Racism Anti Women and Religious Extremism. After reading it I didn't find anything in it. I won't recommend to anyone instead read books written by Great Indian and Foreign Scientists.
