DM me on insta so we can go over step by step, and OC cutoff is 650, but for your batch(2021) the seat intake will be doubled to 125, meaning the cutoff will fall so you should be able to get in with 630, but it’s better we try to get at least 640-650 for confirmed seat

There is no specific cutoff for BCB bro, in AIQ all BCB, BCD, BCA are grouped under OBC, the obc cutoff ranks are around 6-7K AIQ
