The default wifi password is always written on the body of the mifi/Router. If you have changed it and forgotten it, then do a reset by pressing the rest button and then continue to use the default password (that is the password written on the body of the device). Please before you do a reset , make sure the default password is still on the body of the device and has not been wiped off.. Thank you

Hi Mr Elijah. I was given a mtn mobile wifi mf920vs by a friend I'm not in contact with anymore. I just got a sim for it but I can't seem to use the sim for the mifi. I try to link the new mifi number to my phone number but it says the number I'm attempting to link is ineligible for the device linking service. How do I fix this issue and be able to finally use the mifi? Please I need your help.

Thanks thejoyceking for your question. That mifi is an older model but it is still useful. Any valid MTN SIM Card supposed to work with it . Make sure you are 1. Using an MTN SIM 2. The MTN SIM is still in good condition 3. The Mifi is still in good condition.

You load MTN Data by
1.. install MTN App and use it to load
2.. use another MTN mobile line and transfer data
3.. login to the dashboard and load data

If you bought from MTN Office, kindly call their attention to it, because they are supposed to register and activate the SIM before you leave the office

Sorry if I am disturbing you sir 🙏, I bought the mifi today and I changed the username and password and they logged me out now Its telling me password incorrect

When you change the website i username and password , it is normal for the network to log you out. But it doesn't affect your WiFi connection.. please which password is showing incorrect? Is it the website password or the WiFi key (password)? ... If you cannot resolve it , simply reset mifi/Router and then logging using the original password pasted on the body of the mifi/Router

This is a common problem which MTN is yet to resolve. But there are other ways to top up data. You can download and use the MTN App form playstore or similar store. You can recharge using your Bank's App. Etc
