Great interviews- these managers seemed very nice to work for and had great answers. I was hoping the question or that someone mentioned, how does a manager deal with leadership, when there's a need for more resources and the team (including development) is overwhelmed? Also, how does manager determine and communicate to the their directors about the length of training on their proprietary systems?
I loved this mock interview very realistic and all of you very well done! I was just feeling it’s me giving interview because all situations were explained Are my examples or work culture. Thank you all! 😊
Hi Evgney, thanks for such valuable information through your channel! I am looking to train myself in A to Z about quality assurance including automation testing. I was wondering if you can point me to the right direction as to where can I find a structured material on everything quality assurance including automation testing. Please help
Anupriya, there are a lot of options. It depends on each situation. If you need to get the first job, I recommend going through some QA Bootcamps. If you want to upgrade your skills, Udemy or RUclips would be enough.
This has been such a great video, the conversation stimulated me and gave me such confidence in my testing management and how to improve on what I already have. Thank you very much

Good one 🙂
Christina's speech is difficult to understand because of her headphones.
it seems it's a noise cancelling function that suppressed her voice
Yes. I almost could not comprehend what she said.
To be honest, I don't see a high level of proactivity from this interview.
