This video is all about one the oldest attar shops in Delhi which was established in 1816 in Chandni Chowk and the shop's name is Gulab Singh Johrimal (GSJM). In the video I am along with Vinamra Gundhi - 8th Generation perfumer. And, behind the camera is our own Sugandhsaar aka Sarthak Kumar Bhai.

Great video sir. I am planning to buy from their online shop. I am confused between Ruh Rajnigandha and Ruh Motia. I am someone who like subtle scent that isn't strong and irritating (cauz it irritates my mind), which releases its scent gently. which one would you recommend. Thank you.

Difference between their sandal , ruh khush and ml ramnarayan sandal and ruh khush ?
A lot. MLRN's Ruh khus is the best in India in all commercial houses. Period.
GSJM's sandal is very good at the price point.
MLRN's sandalwood oil is a bit better and is according to its price point.

@@_thesunnahguy aisa koi perfume ya clone nahi hai bhai ki 95% similar hai and all. Both are quite different and justify their price point. If someone wants to sniff natural but pocket friendly sandalwood then GSJM one is great at price point

Bro suggest oud attar with monster projection and lasting under 400
Naturals don't come so cheap and attar don't project monstrously. And oud is a delicate thing. I am into naturals not a fan of projection.
But yes you can try Oud Emirati from this house

It is 10 grams for 600 and worth the price. Rest if you want something headache inducing synthetic mess then there are many houses and people reviewing them. You can look out for that you will find for sure.

I think too much hype about gsjm by fragrance community...yes they are good and older ...but their are other distillers also which are much older however they are not known ...its my personal opinion.... definately they have some good stuff but overly hyped ....
Not exactly. They have very good natural oils which are not explored. I thought the same before but to be honest at the price they are providing few naturals are amazing. And maintaining the same quality for a long time is very rare. At least they didn't move to Guthka compounds selling.

Our experience with Johrimal perfume, received perfume natural cologne,on opening got dettol smell, very very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend
