i’ll never stop saying Choi Sooyoung is GG’s most underrated gem. I cant take my eyes of her. Her aura is unmatched. The way she dances and performs is so eye catching. Her rapping has charisma and her vocals are so under appreciated. Give her the spotlight and she’ll shine

the audio was replaced with the recorded version because in person, fans are so loud and screaming, the singing won't be much heard. the sound can't be picked up without getting the screams and fan chants too 😀 but I agree SM could have done a better job with the audio

Really realise the true importance of the 4 main dancers. From a fancam, I saw how Yuri Hyo Soo and Yoona made a difference to the group with their dancing height and probably looks. They helped to create such favourable image of snsd in many ways! :)

as someone who was actually there, i can tell you they were not lip syncing. SM just put the official audio over it for this video, but when you are there it was actually live.

How is this a live video ? The concert was just filmed and the audio was replaced by the studio version...That's not what I was expecting at all. Disappointed.

They did sing live, but this video just shows them dancing live while the studio version of the song is in the background. I can tell because usually there would be some cheering from the crowd which you don't hear here

It was edited. Of course they didn't just stand like that. The soundtrack was edited for the DVD.

Honestly, want to know whether people lip-sync or not just need to take note of the following:
1) Can you hear them taking breath between lines? (Dancing and singing --> tired. So their breathing in between lines will be harder and deeper
2) Watch out for ending consonants. Like -t and -s. If the singer didn't try to pronounce these consonants (shape of mouth) and yet you hear that the -t and -s are pronounced... lip-sync

But our boys sure do love SNSD alot, so I decided to check em out, wow these girls are amazing! The short haired one doesn't even look asian! Wow! SNSD have my support ;)
Anyone who says this lipsynced is clearly deaf because it is SO obvious that a poor quality audio was put over this video and every sound that was actually made was muted. Maybe they lipsynced, maybe they didn't but, but none of us can tell from watching this video
