Struggling with addiction and how it’s robbed me of so much including me knowing who I am. Each day I can only think about how it ending my life would just fix the problem. However my heart knows that would only cause my family so much pain. I’ve already put them through enough. I need help, I need it so bad. Please send help my way. Im desperate to get my old self back and get this demon called “drug addiction out of my life once and for all!!!
I kinda feel bad for my younger self. She was such a warmhearted little girl, always smiled and was shouting all the time and she just had a silly,small world,she didn't know anything after that. But Gradually That lil gurl became a grown up and started to find that the world is way more complicated that she thought. And Now Im unable to become that past lil girl who had lots of freedom and who smiled a lot.. I feel like I ruined her everything.. Can someone say am I depressed? I can't even sleep,my sleep cycles has broken.. I usually sleep at 3.00am and its not good for my health..Im crying always I can't tolerate it.. Am I DEPRESSED
Please, ask for help. Remember that little girl has never left you. She is within you. Beware of the sources of unhappiness you might have around you and surround yourself with things that will counterbalance those. Don't forget this is part of the human experience; while it sucks, one day you will look at it from a different perspective. Love.
