That's not a Giants portal, it's an SSA portal. All Giants portals have a clear ring around the base that glows with the top, and all SSA portals have a green ring. The Xbox 360 was the only SSA game to get a wired portal before every console went wired for Giants, so I get the confusion, but it's 1000% an SSA portal.
Flea markets are the best for skylanders I get most of mine there at a cheap price their they usually have ranged $1-5 for me per skylander. Just last week I finally got cameo, buzz wing, and big bubble pop fizz. So highly recommend it although they can be hard to find as well as the fact they can be dirty.
Victor i have a qeustion about series 2 chill. i recently took a good look at chill's schield and thought ''isn't that hex head shape and face''. Is it really Hex's face or am i just making somenthing out of nothing? I already asked it on reddit, someone said it was the ice queen.

I’ve never played it. It just seems like any other Lego game but you have to actually buy the figures instead of unlocking. If I got it for cheap I’ll get it and try it
