Reverse seared tritips

Reverse seared tritips, I made these for my good friend, I used my @avidarmor chamber vacuum sealer to store them up for later. I dipped them in that delicious chimichurri sauce.

Seasoning mix
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp guajillo powder
2 tsp black pepper
