@@DarkModeDigest Yes, my idol, "help" is the right word.
Imagine america nukes your country. then you go and improve its military like a simp.
Did not expect to see a human being being bombed in a tech video. You shouldn't use b-roll that spicy, especially when isn't needed to tell the story of ScaleAI.
time stamp?

You're right i shouldn't have done that. I apologize for that. i got carried away with trying to show real clips of war that i didn't think about the sensitivity of the clip.
Not that big a deal dude, I honestly didn’t even notice it

“You don’t get to a billion dollars company without some shady stuff happening behind the scenes” - that’s a stupid statement. You are young and obviously don’t realize that Scale will soon replace most of its low-cost labor with AI automation. Based on your statements you don’t believe this is possible, so you will have to just wait and watch what happens and be surprised. I have been in AI since the early 90’s and DL for almost 9 years.
Still, if u want to be a billionaire u have to do shady things, that’s facts man
Just like Uber replaced its drivers with Self Driving Cars.
boy that company a real scam they promise you 45 h an hour only to get cents later on or nothing. stick to real job fellassss

@@DarkModeDigest Why? Please explaine more about it. I've just been accepted to work for them.
@@vicenteraulfernandezcastan7871heard a lot of people complain about poor working conditions for little pay. They promise you certain pay but don't actually deliver on promises
Goofy to wine about “less than a dollar a day.” Some people/areas a few dollars a day is livable wage. World is not beverly hills 🙄

thank you! appreciate the love 🙌
paying your employees $1/hr is altruistic. You're just giving them an option. These people would be working for free or less than $1/hr otherwise because if they could make more than $1/hr, they would just do that. Capitalism 101.
This is true. But i'd also argue that the company has a responsibility to treat its employees (even contractors) fairly. These are people working for you. But unfortunately, many companies don't. This is indeed capitalism 101.
@@DarkModeDigest what does that even mean lol? Treating employees 'fairly'? Only people who have never made a deal in their life use a term like that. At the end of the day, we make deals with people. If you don't like the deal, you can decide not to take it, or leave. 'Fair' is subjective and nonsensical.
@@geneherald8169 Things like providing a little better work environment or paying a little bit more. But I agree with you at the end of the day it's business. As a worker, you're choosing to work for these companies.
@@DarkModeDigest I know the smaller the communities, a socialist mindset is better which is largely why people have it. But frankly this trend in the West towards socialism needs to stop. People are brainwashed. A good resource is 'Sapiens' by Yuval Noah Harrari, chapter 16, 'the capitalist creed'.
This aside, I appreciate the hard work you put into this video, we need more of that in this country.
@@geneherald8169 I appreciate your comments and thoughts. I will look into Sapiens! :)
Sounds like a glorified manual labour hiring company.
HA right! But in all seriousness, they are more than that. They have a whole annotation service as well as a whole platform for LLM apps
So not just manual labor hiring :)
the president of ch1na is coming for him. haha!
lol maybe

You can't have an oppinion on the work conditions unless you speak with someone who's been there
i spoke to a few people. And many have commented here about their experience as well :)
Welcome to capitalism

All this anti-china rhetoric when many American innovators are of Chinese descent, It's hilarious.
stop it with this AI will be sentient sooner than you think speak. Not only is it overdone its incredibly untrue. AI is essentially a glorified guesser that takes inputs and maps them to an output. Yes its incredibly powerful but also incredibly ignorant into what its learning and doing. So please for the love of god stop talking about AI in such a manner and stop quoting Elon Musk cause believe it or not, a man that hasn't done any formal research into AI and is too busy tanking two of his companies is not a reliable source.
I’m not saying this at all.
