@@mm-hl7gh looked to me like the street is made of asphalt! That tar gets on everything..especially your good rugs! Just Ruins them. Either that or the street is sopping in motor grease and rubber tire tracks.
Now the lovely lady won't slip in the rain or cold in the grease. And her car's wheels will have much more "traction" ..especially in wet or freezing weather.
