I'll flex a little bit, haha: I don't know why, but my account is very lucky at scouts (Character banners, mostly). For example, on the [Aspiring sweet prince] Tori himemiya i got him in one pull. And on the current sanrio event I got all the characters in a ten pull, and the 2nd mayoi card on a single pull. 🤔

every event scout/feature scout card will be added to the standard roll after 3 months of their release so yes you can get them on any banner! the one you can’t get again are cards from tour event or song/shuffle event
