Awesome build! How did you connect the track pads to the roller chain? Did you use a chain with K1 links like I see a lot of rc guys use?

Mr 1bad55chev , while Im not a doctor , nor hae i played one on tv but have played on tv so I feel that qualifies me to say anything I want politely of course . You have a disease , bad news is it is incurable , more bad new it's hereditary , you probably caught it from your dad . same as me , as your male children has a case of it as well .rarely do female offspring get this disease, but some do and it makes a dad well .........proud ....off the topic sorry ..... Sadly someday you will die with it , but you rarely does anyone die from it but it can kill you too , usually affect the young new to the disease or those who through lack of common sense , but that can be cured too if caught early enough While no known cure or cause I suspect the real cause is from way tooooo much yellow , red and orange Iron in your blood ,its that Euclid green iron that concerns be usually in its 6-71 and smaller varieties , , the 3 -71 can cause some hearing damage and headaches in some people ........me . Funny it is a sickness youd rather have than think of life without . I have questions about some things on this little D* and its cable llift set up but Ill save for another time ...I subbed your channel i get the feeling theres some wisdom to be dredged from you ....and this D8 and 2nd the workm in thios little machine is mind spinning in detail but werent the D9's the only Cat machines that actually used that angleled narrower toward the operator hood /shape or design , I cant remember any of the old D8's , D7,s , D6s or 5 's for that matter (btw is my favorite finishing machine ) from this era ..that is late 50's mid 60's having that shape of hood/engine cover . , And maybe they should have put it into the others designas well it gave the operator a better view of the bottom of his blade for sure Thanks for this video and lookin forward to any others and whers a pic of that 55
