Correct me if I am wrong--and I very well could be wrong--but a warrant issued for an individual's arrest, who still 6 month later has yet to be arrested, does not give law enforcement the right to search a person's home or apartment? Like I said I could be wrong, you may well be right, I'm just trying to understand how you are reasoning about this and what I am missing or ignorant of.
