I have got a question: I have added one more station into program by mistake, I made the run time 0 for that but in this case once it goes to program 3 as time is 0 it automatically goes back to station 1 and then 2 and does watering again. How can I delete program 3? Thanks

Hi Bruce, thank you for your video. Very helpful. I am new to irrigation system. We just purchased our house and we do not know anything about the sprinklers. Can you please tell me which month of the year should I be turning on my sprinkler system? in which day of the month should I be shutting it off? This is our Vacation Home.
If I get a lot of rain several hours before my program run times and if I turn the knob to off and the day after it skip the schedule run times if I place the system back to manual will it continue to run the schedule day and times the next cycle? Thanks

Just bought a new X-core to replace my old EC. It's about 20 years old so it's time for a upgrade.The old EC is doing weird things, running both a and b programs even though i set the b program to "off" and then i check the "b" program and it's on again, weird?? and i can't change the minuets when setting the time. The arrows in some positions seem to skip over some of the functions. Anyway i look forward to getting my new 6 station X-core. thanks for the video.

Pretty good video, what does the A on start time and run time mean. Also what is the PRG button used for thanks in advance.
Means “Program A”, it’s the saved settings you just programmed. You can program other programs “B” and “C” with different start times and run times.

What if I need 2 start times, I water in the morning and late afternoon during the Summer (Florida). If I create a second start time will it run the whole system twice m?

Hi great demo. I'm a first time user... To test the system I used the manual "put it through the paces" mode for 2 minutes. Unfortunately, the last station didn't stop. Am I missing something? Everything appears to be set for 2 minutes. I had to stop the water at the street, as not even turning the system off would work. Thanks, James
Shut the system off by rotating the to knob to system off before running.

I thought that if you choose manual then switch it back up to run, that the system will run all the zones that were previously programmed into the box?

You didnlt mention anything about the program button (I have the Pro C). Can't you set different schedukes fior each station by programing A,B, and C differently? I don't want the same schedule for each station. because they are watering different things which require different frequencies of watering.?
Mine stopped working, I have checked the outlet. It's only 2.5 years old. I checked the wiring, everything was tight, replaced the internal 2032 battery and ran an extension cord to the unit into a different outlet, still nothing. Any help or replace?

water days do not work as set, checked the date and have a 24 hours set, and if I set for Tuesday, the sprinkler will not work, but it will work on a day after, what can it be done to correct the schedule

Can I run just one zone on multiple days?

If have all 5 zone run times set for 15 mins each, do they all run simultaneously, or should they run 1 at a time for 1 hour and 15 mins? I only have 1 start time set for program A.
I’m having the same issue. Mine run one at a time each for 15 min at time
It runs 1 zone at a time. Depending on how large your irrigation system is, theres probably not enough water pressure to run all zones at once.

If you want to run a morning and evening time on water days how do you do that?
I’m assuming that’s what the additional start times are for.
I assume it's the "A", "B", "C" settings that controls different run times. So Setting "A" could be your morning, and setting "B" could be your evening. I surprised he didnt explain that very well.
@@jamesmolesson9991 I just set it on one setting and instead of morning and night a few times a week, I just set it on daily to simplify it.
Wish I knew more specifically how to get to A, B runtime. Trying to run twice a day, 7am and 7pm. During setup it goes right to B how do I get to A then B? Thanks.

How to reset the timer of irrigation?
This is a good video if you want just the basics of what the controller can do. However, this video does not explain anything about the differences of the cycles or what the A, B or C stand for and how to use them. That information would be very helpful.

Add it to program B by selecting downward, instead of over on one times.

And if I understand this right.. you do program A for 7am for however long (5min) then you do a program B with a start time at 7pm? For 5min?
Never do a second start time on the same program (start time 7am program A and scroll over for start time 7pm on program A)
go to start time. second start time and add the time you want. You do 1 start time if you only want to water one time that day. Hit that right arrow to the second start time and proceed.
This a a great tutorial. I understand the system better. But I have an issue and I’m not sure how to correct it. I have my settings to run three times a week in the morning and when it is finished the cycle of all 4 zones, He starts to run all over again. What can I do to correct this?

This is by far the absolute WORST system my wife and I have ever used.
Mines come on when it wants to on the days it’s set
If it was painful to be stupid, some people would be in a lot of pain.
You need only 1 start time for a program it will run thru all the zones.
It's a horrible system. Did not run smoothly even for 4 months, and I have to look for support.
Horrible instructions and you need a telescope to see the icons... Poor design
what if you need two start times for new lawns how do set that?
