Good stuff RevLo and Linda! Throughout your discussion, I kept thinking.... Practice Practice Practice. Our Spiritual Practice requires Practice Practice Practice. Sounds obvious, but that is not always the case. With each and every contact, a relationship is immediately established; a cashier at the market, the person who cut us off on the way to the market, our loved ones....everyone. We are, IMHO, always in a state of spiritual practice; and thus learning how to be AWARE that all relationships are holy, and must be treated as such. All relationships give us the opportunity to choose to react or respond; to love steadily and forgive readily, or stew in our own made up story. I can see peace instead of this, yet only with Practice Practice Practice. Thank you for sharing your time and wisdom🙏🏼
So needed!! Putting the safety on all my triggers. Thank you for this continued conversation!
Love you ❤
