Whilst I appreciate the support, please don’t contact the WSJ reporter. I was just annoyed that he did it and wanted to call him out. But please don’t contact write nasty stuff to him. We are better than this! Vote with your feet and don’t subscribe to the newspaper. Gracias
trump hated wsj
I think Bezeo owns wsj
I agree that the journalist shouldn't be contacted directly, but I see nothing wrong with people dropping a polite note to the WSJ editor referencing the article and asking if he believes journalists should properly credit their sources.
Three things to like:
- The way you present all the topics here incl. all the proper research done
- How you handle situations such as the one with the journalist
- Your diplomatic and fair stance relating to the current crisis
Thanks for all that and keep up the good work.
WSJ is about to go under., no one really knows why he bought that failing newspaper, to begin with
Even though the story got stolen, you're the better journalist Sysman. Thank you for your updates and due diligence 👋
Wall street Journal should be set straight!
@@Hochspitz Should be sued. eSysman has a case with a paper trail too
Using his story is a copyright infringement! And if he feels the need to file a suit he would definitely win.
You published something and a newspaper reported on your published story. What's the issue?
Agree
I'll contact WSJ editors regarding their unprofessional journalist. Shame on him and WSJ. Thanks eSysman for doing a great job and keeping us informed!
wow : ) a champion already.
he sounds a bit sad about the situation humaan tend to cheat lie and disappoint.
Better for him to contact a US copyright attorney.
@@AnglersUAE yes. Especially if enough people do it and espescialy if people do it on publicly open platforms where the fact they are named, in open, can be grabbed by copyright lawyers as evidence for future cases and the fact some people still have morals so opinion will get a hit. I wrote to them.
You'd have to contact them regarding most of their journalists. And I use "most" instead of "all" only because I don't have a list of proof for all of them. They treat their sources and subjects of their articles with less dignity and respect than people treat their toilet paper.
Never thought I’d be following a channel about super yachts, but it’s 2022 and here we are. I really enjoy your content and your professionalism.

Me too, only watched one because I was watching about the Russian yachts taken. Then I watched a few others…I was hooked! I found out some really interesting things. I never knew that I wanted to know tho’ 😂
Can’t beat a bit of someone in a sunny part of the world doing a video and me watching it to make me feel brighter 😀 a bit I’d fake sun via a screen 😂
Me too. Discovered the channel by chance and continued watching out of curiosity.
You have displayed the highest standards of professional ethics and fairness to those constituents beneath you. We will certainly continue our enduring support..."Good on ya mate"
I’m rather annoyed by traditional media stealing from phenomenal ppl like you - your work is thorough and brilliant
Complain to them, publicly.
With the rise of social media and billionaires oligarchs that own traditional media being tight gits, the budget is no longer there for investigative or even basic journalism but is now more about scraping the internet for tidbits.
It is all they have ever done
@@thebrowns5337 WSJ is the 1% of contemporary muckrakers! I simply don't read their articles and prefer primary sourced content. Most corporate media channels have reduced themselves to becoming mere platters (platforms) on which they serve fast food content without care for verity or copyright - unless of course they're sued and then they have a panoply of lawyers.

I read that many of these seized super yachts require constant maintenance which they may no longer be getting. Perhaps you can do a video on what happens to a yacht that lacks proper maintenance.
Amazing content! I am sorry the Wall Street Journal ripped you off like that. You are a good person and deserve credit for your hard work. Thanks for reminding us to resist prejudice against Russians. ❤️
Re: Russian sentiment… CNN just interviewed an actress whose actor/father spoke at Putin’s rally 2d ago saying she (in US for past 6y) and all her friends back in Russia see it as Putin’s war and know the horrors he’s inflicting on the Ukrainians.

Susan & Tony here, Alway looking forward to your candid insight of the industry. "First Hand"
Your channel is a great source of straight information. The WSJ, ever since that paper was bought by Murdoch its journalistic, editorial, and ethical standards have steadily declined.
Murderoch as we call him in Oz, as it's said, "allegedly" LOL had a floor in his Adelaide Advertiser building where children were brought from various 'homes', orphanages etc. for abuse. Hi. Wall street journal. . . eSysman. No comparison. You are breaking news, your channel is superyacht industry content. Free to all. Great video thanks 😊
You are a true professional. Clearly the Wall Street Journal has lower standards or maybe just not as well informed.
A smart savvy journalist will spend 10% of their time writing & 90% making as many contacts as they can. That's where and how the juicy stories come from. But that's seasoned reporter trying to do a story accurately.
Now, with bottom feeders like CNN and MSNBC its 100% sitting in the silt sucking up garbage thinking its food, kind of like a carp. Except a carp is a higher life form.
Come on, we all know that it’s the low standard’s there, if any really. It’s owned by Murdoch. 😝
It will be interesting to see if these yachts are missing, during the Formula 1 Race @ Monaco in May!

I would contact John Carreyrou with WSJ, he broke the Theranos/Elizabeth Holmes story. He seems to have a good bit of integrity in journalism. He was willing to run the story even though his boss Rupert Murdock was a large investor in Theranos. I really dislike those who feel entitled to cheat at will. You do lalot of Good work. I appreciate your efforts. Best of luck to you.
Well I’m certainly glad, that Murdoch got taken to the cleaners on that horrific con. Brings a smile to my face. ✌️🇺🇦
@@momwithaplan1287 You mean the massive Tax write off that Murdoch had, to the point he actually made a lot of money off that investment. Murdoch was laughing all the way to the bank. Theranos made a lot of people rich and generated massive amounts of money for the Banksters. All paid for in tax write offs.
That was a strategic decision by the oligarch: why let a small side investment derail the entire media empire? Holmes deserved to hang dry because she duped so many oligarchs.
Uh, you have that backwards. The WSJ wanted to punish Theranos
We know who to come to for the news and who brings it first! The WSJ should be ashamed.

"Just remember most of the people out here are trying to do their jobs." Just remember most of the people out here Are People! YES. They do not need to be dehumanized and disparaged. There is more than enough dehumanizing being done on every level, the most extreme of course being to the Ukrainian People. The footage of MY Solaris with the crew showing caution and concern for the people on the rubber dinghy speaks volumes. There are well documented incidents over the years where in similar situations the protesting people are ignored, injured, and even openly attacked. Think anti Vietnam war protests in USA, Greenpeace protesters, anti apartheid protesters in South Africa and almost any situation world wide where such disproportionate imbalances in power and wealth result in oppression and exploitation in the extreme. Thank you eSysman for not only the straightforward news reporting but for the tone of non-reactionary kindness you cultivate. Also, it was interesting to see you again with the nighttime marina (complete with police lights and sirens) as a background 😀 😉

I have to wonder if all the $Billions that went into these Yachts had been spent on the Russian Military that they would have a much more modern and competent Army. That makes me thankful to see all these Yachts sailing around so peacefully. It turns out that maybe the Yachts were the best resource for those funds after all.
Interesting point. These oligarchs stole hundreds of billions from the Russian people. The average russian is poorer than the average Indian.
When Putins Waterloo implodes,he and the oligarchs will be drawn and quartered by the Russian uprising.
I’m sure ‘best resource for these funds’ would have been increasing income of all Russians
