I don´t thing he wants to give the other guy a heads up on his plan. Either way, I am not a maga person. I think, give or take a few cultural things, rep and dem are about the same in most policies.
This ukraine war issue is beyond complicated... there is no good solution, no good way to end this.

I’m going to have to disagree with the anti-wind thing. As a Texan, wind is a large and great source of power here. Bird deaths by wind turbines are largely exaggerated, many times more birds die to cell towers, cars, and skyscrapers. This all pales in comparison to the amount of birds killed per year by cats too. About 1 in 4,000 INDUSTRIAL RELATED bird deaths are caused by wind turbines.

I’m not a proponent of sea energy either. Wave power is not a good source of energy at all. I’ve also had MANY people tell me that wind turbines never pay themselves off and are a loss of money when in reality, wind turbines usually pay themselves off in months

I worked as a traveling wind turbine technician for nearly 12 years. A year and a half ago, I took a position as an Instructor, teaching wind energy. You are right about the bird deaths.... way exaggerated as far as wind turbines.

I remember when battery powered power tools came out, and all the older people were 100% against them, saying they had didn't have enough power, didn't last long enough, and the batteries would need to be replaced every few years. And they were right.. at first.. but batteries kept getting better but these people opinions never changed.. and eventually they realized they were now dead wrong and now everyone uses battery powered power tools. The same thing is happening with EVs.. people are judging them on how they used to be 5-10 years ago, and they have no idea how great the new ones are.

@drivingforcebehindu yes all the lawn equipment are moving to batteries. For small lawns it's already a no Brainer. Eventually, as batteries keep getting better, professional landscapers will make the switch. But it's not there yet
As a 20+ year journeyman Millwright, I will say that battery operated tools for the most part suck in industrial situations. Other than that, I own many for the house and small projects. But they are not good for industrial industry just yet but maybe soon.
At this point in time they are still significantly more expensive than their ICE counterparts.
