- Well , this started just over 6 months ago.
I am going to talk about how it all started,
the treatment they started me on .
And everything we did, as we went along.
I say we, because there are a lot of people involved in my cancer journey.
My dear wife,our children, family, friends, even people we don't know, who have be praying for us.
I will be listing my meds and how they made me feel, in upcoming videos.
The herbs and the food changes I have made etc.
I will even , in this, and following videos , tell about how I felt physically and emotionally.
Hopefully, this will holp , or even maybe help with some feelings you are having, or questions about what might be ahead ,in your cancer trip.
I am by no means medically trained, at all.
I am learning ,as I go along.
You may not even be taking any ,or some of the meds, I am on.
At any rate , these videos may help you.

We all made mistakes, the fact that you’re closer to God makes you an overall winner.
That was quite a story. I guess mine is very similar starting with my dad having elevated PSA at 72. He did the watch and wait thing as he didn't like doctors or want to deal with all painful treatments. He made it to 84 when he needed the pee bag and help walking to the car as cancer was now in his bones. It was at that point he and my mother and doctors decided to start all kinds of the usual treatments. Only lasted a month or so and he ended up getting C-diff infection at the hospital, so back home to bed with the pee bag and now diarrhea and a diaper. Mom was not strong enough to change him so off to the nearby VA center to die in 2014.
At 68 I just started to go down the same road after my PSA was a 4.18 and got an appointment with the MRI that said PIRAD 5. Pretty much advanced cancer. So here we go. So far I'm just doing some treatments on my own. Good luck to you, sounds like you have some great support with your wife and family.

@@spikesrestomods Thanks spike, I've been on a whole food plant based diet for 9 yrs now when I figured it was time for cancer to set in @ 57. I have used many of the herbs you talked about.
The most helpful is the lycopene I get from Hunts pasta sauce with garlic and herb (has least amount of sugar at 4g) that shrunk my PSA down to 3.20 from 4.18 and I have a stronger urine flow. I use or guzzle a cup and a half a day.

My PSA was 3.7 but doctor found a nodule. Biopsy positive. Waiting for surgery
Stay positive it sounds like they have found it early , That is so important. I am praying that all goes well.

Not to be a d1ck but how do people keep believing in god after something like this, especially when you pray and nothing happens? Your supposed god is almighty according to the bible. If he wanted to cure the disease he could do it just like that. I used to be religious when I was younger, used to pray all the time. Never ever does the supposed god respond or help. All types of horrors happen all over the world. Anyways hope you recover and that your healthy practices and medicines save you.
You blaming God, he told you if you honor your mother and father you shall live a good life, he didn't say I'll fix everything, the devil is a tool of the Devil, be careful who you blame, you said to this man , your not trying to be a dick , then don't , he is Ok with God, you may need God again,don't publically state distain for the Lord, if you don't believe no problem, don't try and effect another man faith, God came to him, will be say to you I know thee not .
What was your PSA when you were diagnosed? Are you only on ADT? Did they do chemo or radiation?
my PSA was 873 , I only did one round of radiation down my spine across my pelvis.
I am on ADT, zoladax and Aberatirone with pednesone . My PSA , after almost 9 months is now down to 4
