She's obviously super talented, but there's no emotion in her voice. She's even smiling at points. Read the lyrics and think about them - this is a heart crushing song. Try to express the pain and desperation the song conveys and you'd be breathtaking.

You can use autotune to give another aesthetic to the voice, its not only for when you sing badly.
