Also, unlike most other cooks, the care taken not to be wasteful is commendable. Also the focus on the creation, not the creator makes a welcome change in a world of so many hungry for attention. I love these videos, because there is no stupid loud background music, for one; also the baker doesn't feel compelled to talk non-stop from beginning to end. Just subtitles are enough. I find these videos very soothing and educational.

I like how you don’t just use the dragon fruit for the balls, you use the entire thing. Nothing goes to waste~ I think of you as a perfectionist, Boone Bake, because of how precise and perfect your cooking is. 😉 To be honest when I first saw this video on my recommended, I thought the pink cheese balls had food coloring when it’s really just pure nature juice. =)

There's a lot of sugar in it, in my opinion. 10g in the crust, 50g in the cheesecake, 105g in the gelatin, and an unknown amount in the dragonfruit. A can of coke is about 40g of sugar, so this whole cake would be at least 4 cans of coke. But many desserts have a lot of sugar like this, and I'm sure this cake tasted as good as it looked because of it :D
@@johnybalohny true, but nobody is gonna eat the whole cake at once. Also added sugar and sugar from a fresh fruit are not the same. And I think if we compare this cake to a frosted cake, this one definitely has much less sweetness
@@karinac4245 those are both good points. I was trying to judge the slice size by the size of her hand in the corner, and the bite size of the fork, and I think I could eat at least half of it :D

@@bartvanhoogstraten9108 here it is found in ordinary supermarket too but it is f* expensive near other fruits also its price is defined through dollars and I am from Turkey and economy sucks so exotic fruits are much more expensive 1 particle pitaya is at least 3 dollars which is 25 turkish liras....
I baked this cake for my Birthday 🎉just with a little bit change on the base. Instead of cookie and butter I put a thin layer of baked cake. My friends were amazed by its taste and decoration. Also it was so light and soft, we all enjoyed a lot. Thank you❤

I baked this cake for my Birthday 🎉just with a little bit change on the base. Instead of cookie and butter I put a thin layer of baked cake.
My friends were amazed by its taste and decoration.
Also it was so light and soft, we all enjoyed a lot.
