We don't get many freaks like that in Idaho. We have Castle and Stand Your Ground laws here...and a good many home owners are firearm owners. Most bad people here know it could become a ' 'fk around and find out' situation when it comes to creeping around someone's property.

sometimes I think between Middleton and prosecutor Marvin who would reduce Bonnie and Clydes crime spree down to "allowing another to drive" , Its a wonder there's any law and order in that town.

Judge/Public Defender Middleton🙄. The defendant is sitting there with a lawyer in the room for him and yet Middleton is the one bartering a deal for him, WTF??! Judge Middleton is a kind sweet however his rulings and favorable bias towards defendants is quite concerning🤔.

The judge is too easy on this guy. At a minimum, it should be contempt and a probation violation

This man is dangerous. I do not believe him for 1 minute about the wife. Last hearing, he was talking about how they lived together. Today, he shares she returned after leaving him for another man for 2 years. He has terrorized his neighbors for a long while--he seems to suffer from delusions.

This is the exact kind of abusive/stalker personality type that gums up the works of the court system. They're arrogant and emotionally fragile and are incapable of admitting or accepting responsibility, which leads to pro se misadventures and transparent stalling tactics like this guy repeatedly demanding a trial then blowing off the hearings.
I will concede though: it does not look like him in that security cam footage. Both of them look younger. He probably would have a decent shot at prevailing, which makes it all the weirder that he wouldn't show up
Yeah, I'm not saying he is a great guy but the two in that image clearly have these huge big eyebrows; you can't not see it ! I don't think it's him. The person on the right looks female.

St. Joe County is rural. Centreville, where the courthouse is, has less than 1,400 people. The judge has been there forever and knows everybody. It's very different from watching the Detroit courts.
In another case the defendant said he was starting a job at some place and Judge goes “oh, my cousin works there tell him I said hi”

Every time Judge Middleton says anything with an 's' it makes a super high pitched whistle noise that almost sounds like a fire alarm dead battery beep 🫨🙉 If i turn the volume down i cant hear him talk except for the S whistles! (This is not a slam agains the creator, this is true for every Middleton video on every channel) I usually just skip them bc it hurts my ears, but i really wanted to see this one and i only made it to 3 minutes 😭😭

The video image, the two of them have big dark full eyebrows ! Yes I know it's dark but it doesn't look like his eyebrows at all. And the one at the right; the shoes and legs look like a female to me. I don't think it's him.
Looking at the video evidence, I tend to want to believe him - there are 2 people in the still pics with their faces covered TIGHTLY! I don't see any way how his big bushy beard would fit under a mask like that snugly to his face! That's all I'm saying when I say I tend to WANT to believe him!
