Thank You for your question Aiyya.Aiyya the concept of Parivarthanai is naturally there as you explained but whether or not it gives a Yogam has to be carefully construed by studying your chart.The Parivarthanai you mentioned will aid sudden luck but nonetheless it is Ashuba Parivarthanai as Mars in Virgo (Kanya) will give its own problems in constant fluctuations , being indecisive and getting into arguments unnecessarily.
