  • We are in mid-September, the new season is rapidly approaching...
    For me, apple tart is the symbol of the autumn season, I think of snacks: hot tea and dessert cannot be missing!
    For me, autumn is a state of mind, it is a period full of magic... the scorching sun gives way to new colours, new scents and crisp breezes.
    Preparing this dessert is very simple and the result conquers practically everyone!
    I leave you the details of the recipe:
    For the shortcrust pastry without butter:
    2 medium eggs (weighing approximately 50 g each)
    100 g of sugar
    65 g of seed oil
    300 g of 00 flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    a envelope of vanillin
    For the stuffing:
    About 500 g of apples
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    a spoonful of lemon juice
    1 generous teaspoon of cinnamon
    80 g of apricot jam
    Cooking: Preheated oven to 180° in fan mode, for about 30 minutes
    Mold size: diameter 24/26/28
