Probably has been done several times but I couldn't help myself after the relaunch on PC. Might be some more Persona 5 tracks coming soon, not sure yet!

There's something oddly haunting about this.
Maybe it's the 8bit music warping the track and making it sound almost like a song of nostalgic failure.
Maybe it's the fact that Joker seems to be in a position of great distress and even in his Phantom Thief attire, as if trapped here.
Maybe it's the characters that never existed here. The strange attendant that clearly isn't Lavenza and the dog with no name. As if this were a Persona 5 of another world.
This feels like almost uncanny, like you can tell this is the Velvet Room, but everything about it off...
I feel distress looking at it. 🤔

this is beautiful- I feel like I'm in an alternate universe where persona 5 came out in 1996. you captured the original song well and just.. I really enjoyed this :)
I agree, but it would be more like 1986 seeing that it is 8-bit and not 16-bit

Like, the dog having igor inside, the twins being more of an adult or maybe, this being her true form and after freeing the room, Igor gets out of the dog and both recover their senses
Basically with Igor and his dog seeing Joker being fooled all the adventure hoping to be saved while seeing Lavenza divided on two, soomething sad
In short
Igor = Trapped in a Dog
The Dog = Having Igor inside
Lavenza = Adult but the normal twins while divided
Oh boy that.s very nice

I think 'Leaves from the vine' and 'The Avatar's love' might work well with your style.
'Last Agni Kai and 'Peace' are also great, but I don't know if they would fit you.
