This song was not planned. She was being interviewed on a radio station and they asked her to sing something, without preparation.
Diana was and is a true prodigy, a genius of the stage, she never felt stage fright according to one of her interviews.
If you check your messages i had sent you an e-mail with Diana's full chronological journey, there i have a little text providing context accompany each video, you will get answers to a lot of your questions regarding the videos you watch.
She had felt stage fright sometimes, for example, New Wave performance and The Show Must Go on duet performance with Dubtzova, she told about it, and also she has some phobias. But WE never can feel it.

She could be in panic, but she'll act normally DURING the panic.

I tried to warn you. It won’t be much longer and she’ll have ya hooked this young lady started singing at six years old anywhere and everywhere she possibly could and in front of anyone that would listen. She has worked extremely hard to become who she is today her Note-oriety came strictly from RUclips. She has had very little publicity I think that you have seen her perform the song. Rechanka. If not, check it out, it was the beginning of her acknowledgment and people began to notice her abilities, and as I said before you got a long way to go I hope you keep it going. She is well worth it and eventually you’ll be willing to give up at least one drink in her honor go onto her RUclips channel and you’ll find it easier on copyright. I have been watching her for a long time never grow tired and it’s hard to keep up with her She comes out with so much stuff and as always she is so adorable and inspiration.

Diana had some amazing child singing competitions she won even younger than this...I have many on one of my Diana playlists. She has never looked nervous even at 6 years old. She's pretty remarkable. I suspect Diana's Mother chose the song. She has a good ear for what Diana sings well. There are a couple of documentaries (short videos on youtube) with good English subtitles that explore Diana's singing career.
She is never looking nervous if even she is facing with her phobias subjects.

She had just recently won another singing competition. The radio station invited her and her mother to come in for an on-air interview. During the interview, they asked her to sing and she sang a little of this song. When they heard it, they invited her to make a recording in their studio.

I believe this was her adoptive sisters wedding dinner and she is about 6yo.

Hello to France from Texas! That's really amazing. I have to rehearse before I pretty much do anything :-)
Diana had already performed this song live on stage on a few occasions in the months before she was brought into the Radio August studio to make this broadcast.
For the last of them she had been awarded the Grand Prix at a regional competition.
In contrast to this one, that performance had been extremely theatrical, with a very strong and dramatic characterisation of the song's persona.
The video of it is very little known - it has received 594 views! - but it is revelatory in so far as it shows that even at 10 Diana had total command of the stage.
It is a remarkably charismatic and rewarding performance, one that any fan of Diana will treasure.

There are no videos of Diana ever performing the song again after this broadcast, and as far as I know she abandoned it.
It would be no surprise if she did. Even at this point she had hundreds of songs in her repertoire and she was continuing to develop at an incredible rate.
(By the way, Diana's Wiki page doesn't include Ukrainian in the list of languages that she has sung in, and someone somewhere expressed scepticism about her having performed in Ukrainian and asked to be given a link as proof. In the very unlikely event that they are reading this, here she is singing a big band number in Ukrainian = and exploring her upper register - when she was 10.

Greetings from Scotland! This started as a radio interview and they asked Diana to sing something. Then she came out with this! SO, they took her to a recording studio to actually record what they were hearing! There is also a slight glitch in the music but Diana just adapted instantly and repeated a verse!
Yes, puberty was a trial for Diana because her voice went deeper than it was before! She lost quite a lot of her upper high range and had to work hard to get it back! However, nothing defeats Diana when she puts her mind to it! As you hear at 20yo she has both ends of the vocal spectrum firmly in her pocket now!
Regarding her ability to speak English then, no, she only had rudimentary words. But, her strength is vocal memory! She learned (then) to sing different languages by listening to the original song 2 or 3 times and she was able to repeat what she heard pretty close, or even better than some native English speakers! 😊 She also didn't understand what she was singing about, but again, she has a natural ability to feel the emotions in ANY language and even enhance them! Staggeringly talented young lass!

Very well said! I'd have to think about another Beatles song I'd want her to sing. The first one that comes to mind is Golden Slumbers. Not that it would show off any kind of crazy vocal range or anything, but I just think it's a beautiful and emotional song, and I'd love to hear it in her voice. With more time I'm sure I could come up with some others.
