Leaking Gutters | Leaking Soffits | Time for New Gutters?

Leaking Gutters and Leaking Soffits, Time for Gutter Replacement? Noticed a few leaky spots and they don't seem to be holding up as well as the fasteners. I initially thought the soffits were leaking somehow, because I noticed a small line of water spots at the base of the ceiling and wall on the backside of the house in the bedroom ceiling. Thinking of a DIY Gutter Install project, but might get a quote or two as well.

Update: Turns out, one of the downspouts was clogged even after cleaning out the gutters in the Fall, however, the back end of the house was still leaking with no clogged downspout. With the loosened fasteners, I might have them looked at just to be certain.
