Try to get get pure Zamzam water and drink it every day and pray to Allah Almighty after drinking it. Try to eat healthy foods and avoid the junk food and fizzy drinks. Eat organic fried eggs, make sure you use organic butter only. Avoid everything that has white sugar, white flour and white rice. Try to eat two meals a day only with no snacking in between. Go for a walk before sunrise for minimum 20 minutes and an hour during the day whenever possible.
