heading into retirement and looking for something to do remotely... I'm thinking this could be it! looking forward to learning a new skill. Thanks for sharing
I just received this email? "We are unable to approve your request. Effective July 2024, the administration of the National Test has been restored to pre-COVID policies and requires test candidates who do not have a medical need to test in person."
When Covid was taking place they approved the ability to take the test from home but have since restored the old requirement to take the test at the testing center. There are over 500 centers Nationwide so finding one should be fairly simple if you go to the pro metric website and search for a test center. If you need assistance, feel free to call us at 317-566-0425
@@MyMortgageTrainerInc So I can't take it from home? I did the real estate agent test from home in March and I live more than an hour away from the testing center.
It is legit, we can definitely help. The license process is fairly simple. You must complete a 20 hour pre license course and then pass the license exam. There are 2 options for taking the course, a 3 day webinar with an instructor or a 7 day online course if you cannot take 3 days out form your current job. You can see the course options and dates here: mymgtr.com/pre-licensing/ or feel free to contact our office at 317 566 0425 and speak with one of our team members who would be happy to assist.

Great video! Thanks for sharing! How much does it cost to keep the license active during the year, here in Florida Liked and subscribed to this!
License renewal in FL is $176 per year plus you will need to take an annual CE course for both Federal and FL which will run you another $100 or so.
About the credit check…what are they looking for during the credit check? What would deny someone getting a license?
Usually if you have open tax liens those would need to be resolved before licensing.
Will they accept different country high school diploma?
Yes, that is acceptable.
I Was about to ask the samething , my high school and college diploma is from Brazil. Thank you.

@@MyMortgageTrainerInc So that means there is no option to take this online from home?
@@Ameer_30 Unfortunately, no, the NMLS has retracted the ability to test from home. Not sure why they made that decision.
Is this legit? How can you help me jump start and get an NLMS license?
