Street Food in India is very famous as some of the best street food in India. Pav Bhaji is considered one of the best Indian Street Food.
Street foods are ready to eat food or drink generally sold in streets, public areas like a market,in fair by a hawker, vendor with a portable stall. Indian streets are well famous for its cheap and tasty food items, Every Indian city has its own specialty of all time favorite snack. Delhi is famous for its tasty street foods either Indian or Chinese with Indian flavor, North east Indian cuisines are also considered to one of the best food such as Naga cuisines, Assam Laksa,bamboo shot, momos, they are cheap and taste really good. The safety of street food has become one of the major concerns of public health, cleanliness and freshness are the concern to discourage people from eating street food.
INGREDIENTS of Pav Bhaji
Garlic paste
2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp Everest Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Everest Pav Bhaji Masala
500 gm boiled and cubed
Potatoes, green peas, cauliflower, capsicum
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Buttered Pav
BEST MADE WITH Pav Bhaji Masala
Preparation Pav Bhaji:
1) In 2 tbsp oil, shallow fry 2 tsp garlic paste and chopped onions till soft.
2) Add tomatoes, Everest Pav Bhaji Masala, Everest Chilli Powder and salt to taste. Roast.
3) Add boiled vegetables. Mash and cook for 2-3 min.
4) Add a blob of butter and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
5) Serve with hot buttered Pav (bread) and chopped raw onions sprinkled with lemon juice.
