I always love the shots of you driving your Kdub down the road. She looks like a nice riding old cabover.. It reminds me of 30 years ago when I used to work for a guy leased on to Roadway Package System now known as FedEx Ground. I drove a 1988 Shaker cabover, single axle, spring ride pulling doubles from New Jersey to Harrisburg PA and then to Jacksonville Fla weekly. That Shaker was a bounce house to say the least, not as good riding as your KW. Keep up the good videos Chad!!
Great video Chad glad you were able to deliver the truck and trailer after all you did to get it ready for the trip to Richie brother. Have fun at the antique shop. Looking forward to your next video stay safe Chad and Kim.
Only a union driver could put up with 63 mph and they had mobilized a CB radio with a antenna mount on a vise grip to clamp to mirror and run coax through door jam or wing window. with velcro to the dash main CB unit.
Gee Chad you got to drive a truck that was younger than you and had a hood.. The interior didn't look all that nice but then again it was a fleet truck. No passenger seat i guess that was for insurance reasons. Did that truck have a speed limiter? It's amazing how mach equipment was there in the auction lot. Take care and nice to see Lil Miss Muffet. Looking good girl.
So much fun trying to pass a slightly lower speed truck when you are governed 🤣 Then I guess, only being able too do 63, the wind would be passing you.
63 mph? Geez, if a company won’t let its trucks run the speed limit, I’m not interested. Our company trucks are set at 70 most will get 73-75. I feel it’s dangerous to run a truck 10 mph slower than traffic.
@@Miner-49 I drove a automatic Volvo day cab and used to pull 21000lbs up into Michigan in the winter on a quad axle trailer it was a decent unit for what it was

We have bought 15 or 20 old Yellow trucks. We have to replace every battery.
@@johnsadventures6783 I would do a full service with tires too. Some of them caps are sketchy
We had one blow two tires the other day. The driver lost control and laid it over.
@@johnsadventures6783 I can believe that. Unfortunately that equipment wasn’t taken care of properly.

The newer tractors were pre wired for CB and had radios in them.
