Doc Shapiro,I went over your speech you gave at the NY Hilton at least a dozen times trying to decipher whether or not you can help me.Cuz of the dozens of university hospitals that offer treatment for CIDP, you most closely hit the mark for what I am after. Besides CIDP, I also have cerebral palsy, which most physicians don’t want to touch CP because CPis such a stagnant condition. When the CP was in full force, I could not improve my stride, nor would my muscles dibilitate me further. Before the CIDP found me, I was very athletic in my high school years. I had CP, but the palsy wasn’t dibilitating enough to slow me down. I played tennis and swam on the swim team. After HS, I settled down to study in college. It is then that the CIDP found me. My legs and arms became strained and weakened. Until I was in my 40’s and I lost control of my legs completely. And now my arms are tightening up. I am hoping for a window of opportunity with your assistance.
