Great video! Be aware that, since it was made, MS have pushed 'modern comments' on us so some of this no longer works unless you go to "File=>Options=>General" and unclick the "enable modern comments".

Thanks for your video im afraid its not working for me - Ive got a MacBook Air 2020 with the latest updated word - When click simple markup and the show comments button becomes live - I click it and My comments disappear but the speech bubbles don't appear.
Im doing a week schedule and the comments column is busy , any other solutions or advice please ?

Hello sir, Your videos are great and I hope you can solve my issue. In ms word, when I delete a paragraph, the preceding immediately occupy the deleted space. I want that space should remain empty. Can you tell me any keyboard shortcut or a specific method?

Try playing around with your paragraph spacing options in Word. That is probably what is causing the issue.
