They also gave SARADA UCHIHA glasses... why the f*ck would anyone think about giving an uchiha glasses?
The aliens and "modified" humans are still ninjas as they use jutsu and in the aliens case actually made the jutsus and using jutsu and being powerful is the requirement to be a ninja in naruto
